MERIT & STAR is TD's prestigious reward and recognition event that celebrates more than 300 colleagues across the Wealth business. This annual event is hosted in select vacation destinations across the world, and in 2025, it was hosted in sunny Palm Desert, California. The creative places a heavy focus on the destination, and being in the Coachella Valley, the theme of music was the sole inspiration around how the creative came together. The visual of the sound waves and the sparks of electricity coming together are meant to evoke a feeling of excitement, ultimately making the winners of MERIT & STAR feel inspired.
